Yes! Every balloon design is fully customized based on your event theme, color palette, venue size, and the guest of honor’s interests, hobbies, favorite characters, or sports themes.

We use high-quality, premium biodegradable balloons that are durable and safe for the environment. Indoor installations typically last several days-weeks, while outdoor balloons may vary depending on weather conditions. To keep your balloons looking their best, avoid sharp objects, direct sun for prolonged periods, and rough handling.

Our primary floral offerings are silk and real-touch florals, chosen for their beauty, longevity, and cost-effectiveness. Fresh florals may be available upon request depending on design needs and availability.

Designs By Ksen is based in Boca Raton, Florida and serves surrounding South Florida areas such as Delray, Boynton, and Fort Lauderdale. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service radius.

South Florida weather can be unpredictable, so for outdoor installations we monitor conditions closely and may adjust designs or move items indoors to ensure your décor remains safe and beautiful.

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance for most celebrations. Large-scale installations, peak seasons, and popular dates may require earlier booking to secure availability.

Pricing is based on design complexity, size, materials, location, and setup requirements. Each event receives a custom quote after a brief consultation.

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due prior to installation.

Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and notice provided.
